PlanOn’s Docupen & Printstik Preview

At this years CES show, we got an opportunity to check out two nifty little devices from PlanON. The PlanON DocuPen Xtreme X-Series and the Printstik portable printer. The Docupen xtreme x-series the a portable scanner that house a 200mz processor, 64 MB of SD ram expandable with microSD, bluetooth for wireless transfer to a Smartphone, laptop or printer. Image scanning quality up to 600 DPI using Planon’s Crystal line contact technology. It really is a travelling business devices that allows someone who is on the go to scan and have documents ready. Which is why it pairs excellently with Planon’s second portable marvel, the Printstik.

The Printstik is literally only 1”x2”x11” with 20 pages of paper inside, making for a highly portable printing source, using thermal paper and is battery operated and charged via USB. Not only can it be used wirelessly via Bluetooth with the Docupen but also with a pc and currently with a blackberry with Android and iPhone to follow.
