Motorola Atrix HD- Worth $99

20120713_122439[ad#ad-1]The Atrix HD comes with Smart Actions that can be used to maximize productivity by automating everyday tasks. 1080p video recording and an 8 megapixel camera are also included in this new mobile phone. It features a 4.5-inch HD Colorboost (720 x 1,280) display, 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, and will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and quad-band EDGE, quad-band HSPA+ and dual-band LTE. It has a 1780 mAh battery. 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (up to 32GB external) and measures 8.4mm thick

The good news hear is that the Atrix HD isn’t more of the same, the HD ColorBoost display, gives it a clear visual presence. Motorola’s custom UI on android doesn’t impede on Android 4.0, but it doesn’t add much either. In essence it allows you the user to enjoy the most out of Android 4.0. battery life is fantastic on the device with about 17hrs with power use. Voice calls quality is also good as well as AT&T’s 4G LTE speeds. I got speeds of up to 57Mbps, which is fantastic. The one feature that remains the same and glad Motorola hasn’t taken away is their device manager software that allow you to connect to you home computer from anywhere via you Atrix HD and with 4G LTE speed, you home content is a click away.  I will say the camera and camera software remains the same from the Droid Razr and Razr Maxx, so at least it does a decent job.

In all the Atrix HD is a great sub $100 Android 4.0 device, the lack of physical or touch sensitive button do not affect the device, plus its buttery smooth operations and great battery with 4G LTE from AT&T is a solid buy for anyone.
