Luci Solar Powered Lamp Review

Luci-8[ad#ad-1]Let’s go camping!!! This adorable find was featured at Showstoppers. Luci, by Mpowerd, is a solar-powered lantern that couldn’t be more convenient. I have had quite a few friends ask more about solar-powered products. For those who live off-the-grid, this will definitely come in handy.

It takes approximately 6-8 hours to charge. Simply place it in sunlight, or even incandescent light. I just set it outside on my porch for the day. It will keep charge for 3 months (currently testing this fact). There are three light settings, which are two brightness settings, and one flashing setting for emergency. It is made of waterproof PVC, and should last for two years.

Now for the best part: MPOWERD is committed to giving back and ending energy poverty, beginning with their Buy 1 Give 1 Program and Indiegogo.com campaign. “For every Luci purchased and registered for $24.95 MPOWERD will give another Luci to someone living in energy poverty. We do this with the help of our non-profit partners working on the ground around the world.” Please take a look at their continued efforts and campaign.

This is fabulous!!! It caught my eye, and is efficient. They have a compact, easy to carry product, that looks fun and high-tech, but also gives back to those in need. Thumbs up!
