Can you use your Tablet for Productivity???

Samsung Tab S-32[ad#ad-1] About a week ago, Apple CEO Tim Cook  told us that he did about 80 percent of his work on an iPad, and suggested that this should work for everyone else as well: “There’s no reason why everyone shouldn’t be like that,” he said. Studies show that 28 percent workers’ time is occupied with email correspondence, and the iPad (along with all other major tablet platforms, including Android and Windows 8) can handle most email just fine, including POP, IMAP and Microsoft Exchange.

Apple & IBM with their new  partnership aims to redefine the way work will get done, address key industry mobility challenges and spark true mobile-led business change—grounded in four core capabilities:

  • a new class of more than 100 industry-specific enterprise solutions including native apps, developed exclusively from the ground up, for iPhone and iPad;
  • unique IBM cloud services optimized for iOS, including device management, security, analytics and mobile integration;
  • new AppleCare® service and support offering tailored to the needs of the enterprise;  and
  • new packaged offerings from IBM for device activation, supply and management.

With all that said I decided to do about 80% of my work with a table like Apple CEO Tim Cook. Let’s take a listen to my results and I pose the question; can you use your Tablet for Productivity?
