Remember those photos I posted yesterday of Lindsay Lohan with the knife in weird places.. well seems as though the other chick in the pictures was non other than Vanessa Minnilo!!! UH OH!!!!! DAMN GINA! I didn’t even know they hung around each other. But there are also rumours that this stuff was photoshoped.
