It sports a 10-inch, 1280 x 800 PLS display, dual-core 1GHz chip, 1GB of RAM and a minimum of 16GB of internal storage, plus you get 50GB of drop box storage for a year. A 2-megapixel camera front facing camera and a 3 megapixel camera with LED Flash. On the top is where you’ll find the power / lock button, volume rocker, microSD slot, 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR blaster to us with your Preinstalled Peel app ( looks like Samsung is adding this to every tablet). Samsung made the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 slightly heavier and thicker (1.29 pounds / .41 inches thick vs. 1.25 pounds / .33 inches). You Have there’s the same proprietary charging connector on the bottom landscape edge, while the two portrait sides are both devoid of ports and buttons. Though the speakers for the tablet are now on the side front panel of the device with a thick grey metal finish and thicker bezel.
