Seems Like AT&T is not leaving anything to chance and are in the process of stock piling weapons in their 4G LTE war against Verizon. Reports from theverge, suggest that at CES we will see two new 4G LTE devices on AT&T network from HTC and Samsung. First of the is code name Radiant from HTC which is running a Pre-Tango Windows Phone OS and is LTE capable.  The next device is the Samsung Mandel, which is also a 4G LTE device , with a screen size larger than the 4.3-inches off the Samsung Focus S, with a Super AMOLED Plus display . We shall see how it all pans out at CES 2012 as AT&T is posed to take the fight to Verizon on LTE

The Verge is reporting that the Nokia Ace aka the rumor Nokia 900 will be coming to AT&T on March 18th.  That is a very specific date, but indications from Nokia points to an early US release for devices , with the pending launch of the Lumia 710 on T-Mobile. That the company is primed on releasing their Windows Phones stateside soon. The Nokia Ace will launch with OS Tango which is said to have LTE support.  The ACE is said to feature a 4.3-inch display, LTE and a 1.4 Ghz processor.

For Verizon fans, fear not, it seems the company will be get a Nokia device, though not what you were expecting, theverge is reporting that Verizon will be getting an LTE version of the Lumia 710, same device coming to T-Mobile on jan 11th.  it seems all hopes have been dashed for  the rumored 900 coming to VZW. We have to wait to CES and will find out more on what Nokia has in store

So we just got updated that the mystery device from Nokia., are just programmable badges that staffers can were. So it pretty much is a expensive I.D Badge. Sorry guys.

We almost forgot about  this little device. At the Nokia/T-Mobile Press event for the Lumia 710 we got a  brief sneak peek at a little 3-inch Nokia Windows phone pocket tablet like device. It got 3-inch display, with no apparent physical button. No idea on specs or what the device truly is as we only saw it briefly, but it is a Windows phone based device and any indication from the Nokia CES 2012 Press event this device could show up. We will keep you posted

CES isn’t here yet and we already have renders for the Samsung Galaxy SIII. It look like a big phone. Supposedly it sports a 5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280×720 (HD). The device is only 9mm thick. House a  Samsung Exynos 4412 1.5GHz dual-core processor under the hood, and it will come in builds of either 32 or 64GB of built-in storage. The Galaxy SIII will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on board, with an update to TouchWiz 5.0. Other specs include a 12MP rear-facing camera, and a 2MP front-facing shooter. I most say this looks lie a monster of a device both in specs and physical size at 5-inches. Reports also state it will also have a stylus like the Glaaxy Note

Granted these are just mock-ups. But I will say Samsung is trying to push the boundaries of what a phone is. We will have to wait till CES 2012 or World Mobile Congress to see what Samsung Has to offer on the Galaxy S line of devices  with Galaxy S III

This is the first video showing off the Nokia Lumia 900. which is said to be Nokia’s flagship Windows Phone Smartphone. The device had also been rumored to be called the Nokia ACE. But in this video which was eventually pulled down by Nokia We where able to re-upload it to get the first glimpse of the Nokia Lumia 900. The Lumia Nokia 900 is rumored to feature NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth4.0 with A2DP and will come in 16GB and 32GB flavors.

Word on the street via The Verge is that the Nokia Lumia 800 will be hitting AT&T but with LTE. Yes it  looks like AT&T is looking to increase its LTE range of smartphones with Nokia’ s Windows Phone device. A lot of speculations arose when Nokia decided to skip US launch this year. But it seems the Finish company wanted to tackle LTE head on in the states. As you know Windows Phone 7.5 mango is not LTE compliant. Though that could change with the Tango update or a specific Mango based update that includes LTE functionality. We do know the Nokia Lumia 710 is coming to T-Mobile. Lets hope it is packed with HSPA+ 42Mbps when it hits. And it stand to assume Verizon will be getting its own LTE variant of the Lumia 800 or maybe the rumored Nokia 900

The reports back up claims from Windows expert Paul Thurrott that Nokia will launch U.S. versions of its handsets in early 2012. Thurrott discussed Nokia’s plans during his Windows Weekly show with fellow Microsoft reporter Mary Jo Foley on November 3. “I have been told that we expect the Nokia U.S. plans to be announced at CES,” said Thurrott. Nokia is believed to be preparing an “Ace” Windows Phone that is similar to the Lumia 800 but features a 4.3-inch AMOLED display. Specifications of the device leaked in early October.
Tango is believed to be an interim release between Windows Phone 7.5 “Mango” and the next-generation of Windows Phone, currently codenamed “Apollo.” Windows Phone build 7.10.8200 was recently discovered in server side logs of a Windows Phone application. A screenshot, believed to be a Tango build, also leaked and demonstrated a new device search feature for Windows Phones. Microsoft’s chasis 2 specifications (Tango) will also include a 480×320 BlackBerry style design and LTE support. The software giant is expected to ship Windows Phone “Apollo” with 1280×720 resolution and dual core CPU support.

It was bound to be a matter of time till we made the jump to a quad-core powered Android smartphone, and here it is with the HTC Edge, powered by the famous Kal-el Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.5Ghz. This bad boy boast a 720P display at 4.7 inches. An 8 megapixel camera with f/2.2 lens and is only 10mm thick. No word on battery life or I fyou need a power brick to go with the device.

According to PocketNow, we could see this device hit stores in late Q1 or early Q2 of next year, though carrier info is nowhere to be found.

Looks like the Nokia sabre will sport a 3.5 inch display, from the looks of it its design is similar to the recently released Symbian  Nokia 603 listed below. It seems to feature hardware buttons, rather than the touch display kind.  No clear indication what this means. but we can ascertain that the Sabre will be a budget Windows Phone devices  on an Entry level basis

Formerly know as the SeaRay and first seen in the Hands of Nokia CEO Stephen Elop. The Nokia 800 has shown its true colors in  the pic above. available in blue, pink and black,  the volume rocker, power button and apparent dedicated camera shortcut key are all placed on the right side of the handset, with a speaker grille located at the device’s base. Little else is known about the device so far, but it could pack an 8-megapixel camera and a 3.7-inch display according to earlier reports. Of course, there’s that familiar Windows Phone 7.5 live-tiled interface and three capacitive buttons on the handset’s screen.That is all we can ascertain for the picture above. Hopefully we will see the first glimpse of the device from Nokia World  in a few weeks

WOW, WOW, WOW. it looks like Verizon is going to be hit us with the Trio of Super 4G LTE Devices on November 10th. Via leaked  internal documentation from Verizon wireless. We will be getting the  Newly announced Droid Razr, the leaked Galaxy Nexus and the still rumored HTC Rezound (Formerly know as the Vigor) all on the 10th of November . on a side note is the introduction of a “SMS Sync for Tablets” feature on November 13th, which may refer to some type of cloud backup service or a bridge between your tablet and phone. At least we should find out more about the Galaxy Nexus in the next 2 hrs via our Liveblog

With the coming announcement of the launch of ice cream sandwich and possible showcasing of the Galaxy Nexus or Nexus Prime(I like Prime better) on wed Oct 19th in Hong Kong.  The Samsung Galaxy Nexus has popped up in Verizon Device management systems , which mean that the new ice cream sandwich device is coming to the Big Red and also it is a 4G LTE smartphone. We wont have to wait to long.

What else are we seeing in this screenshot?  That the G-Nex (as mentioned countless times) will have a 4G LTE radio to take advantage of the fastest network in the land. Of course that probably also means that it will live up to the rumors that it has similar battery life to the rest of the Verizon LTE devices, which has not necessarily been a compliment this year. It is also showing as “N” for “No” in the global department. That could frustrate some, especially given the fact that the GSM version will likely be able to travel the globe.

Looks like the Apple Store jumped the gun and posted up picks of the iPhone 4S, which looks like an iPhone 4 running iOS 5. The Japanese Apple site posted the image and has since been taken down. with an expedited release date of Oct. 14th. No word on LTE, or what network other than the safe assumption is coming to AT&T & Verizon. We still have about a half hour to go. a pair of images buried in the Apple store’s HTML code but, perhaps more telling, was the page for the Ginza, Japan store listing the launch of the iPhone 4S as a featured event starting at 8am on October 14th.

Looks like Microsoft is pushing the entertainment value of the Xbox even more. Winrumors is reporting that an announcement from Microsoft tshould be coming soon, detailing the addition of HBO GO, Comast & Verizon Video and more channels to Xbox Live. Microsoft really should partner with Comacst or Verizon to have the Xbxo as a setup box and then the would really be the whole entertainment package.

Xbox LIVE TV service

Microsoft will announce a range of Xbox TV deals as early as next week, according to reports.

The software giant is working on deals with Comcast and Verizon to provide TV channels through its Xbox LIVE service. Microsoft originally announced its plans for an Xbox TV service at the E3 entertainment expo earlier this year. The company announced it was partnering with a number of content providers to stream live TV to the Xbox and planned to announce several partnerships soon. Microsoft has yet to officially confirm which partners will power its Xbox TV service. Bloomberg news reported on Thursday that Microsoft plans to offer music, sports, movies and TV shows in the U.S. and Europe. The deals will involve channels like HBO, Sony’s Crackle service, Bravo, Syfy and LoveFilm being made available on the Xbox LIVE TV service. Bloomberg says Microsoft may announce the TV streaming deals as soon as next week.

Microsoft is looking to use the Xbox as a distribution device for cable TV and is reportedly working to secure lucrative deals with the biggest cable TV providers in the United States. Microsoft is also looking to partner with TV manufacturers, including Samsung. The alleged plan would see Microsoft supply a Windows Live gaming hub to be pre-installed on Samsung TVs that support a web connection.

So it looks like the name for the Amazon Tablet will be the “Kindle Fire”, not the best name in my opinion. But I don’t get paid for that. The Kindle Fire according to techcrunch will sport , a dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP chip, housed under a &’ backlit display. from the mock-up its looks like there are no cameras on the device, either front facing or rear. Also gdgt is reporting the tablet will look similar to the Playbook from RIM. More news as it breaks and from the company’s  Wed.Sept 28th Press event.
