Well well, seem good old Ashton has a twin brother. Sorry ladies they are fraternal twins, so they don’t look the same. But Ashton has been a good responsible brother all this while. Quietly taking care of his brother who suffers from cerebral palsy.

Ashton’s fraternal twin, Michael, currently lives in their home-state Iowa raising his 7-year-old son and selling retirement plans. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy from a young age, Michael’s life has been a bit more difficult than his brother’s.
“I was the kid with the big Coke-bottle glasses, the hearing aid,” Michael Kutcher told Details magazine in 2008. “There was a lot of teasing, a lot of the normal mean stuff.”
Although known for pulling elaborate, embarrassing practical jokes on celebrities, Ashton protected his twin against the bullying of other kids. Michael said he was a model brother in many ways, including seeing Michael through a heart transplant at age 13. Having suffered for some time from a heart muscle disease, one day, Michael’s heart stopped.
“Ashton never left my side,” Michael told People of his brother’s devotion through the procedure. “He showed me the love one brother has for another.”
One successful heart surgery and twenty years later, Michael isn’t looking to replicate Ashton’s fame. He has, however, tiptoed into the spotlight as a lobbyist for Reaching for the Stars, an organization that works on behalf of children with cerebral palsy.
“Being Ashton Kutcher’s brother, it gives me the opportunity to be that voice, and I realize that I needed to use the opportunity to help others,” he explained during his first trip to Washington, D.C. last year.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have have split after almost five years together.

And MailOnline has leant exclusively that the couple’s separation comes following a very awkward birthday party.

It came after the A Teams actress threw an intimate surprise party for The Social Network and made a gushing speech in front of guests that appeared to embarrass Justin.

Rumours were beginning to circulate that things were not great between the couple when the singer turned up to this year’s Academy Awards with his mother, not Jessica, last month.

Further cracks had been beginning to show in the relationship earlier that month when Jessica threw the party for Justin at his home at the beginning of the year.

“Finally”

Tiger and Elin were both present at Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida earlier today for the execution of their divorce agreement … this according to court officials.
The divorce docs do not reveal details about the split — and the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.  But as TMZ first reported, Elin is set to receive $100 million from Tiger.

Elin’s lawyers released the following statement on behalf of the couple: “We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future.”
The statement continues, “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”
“Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.”

Rest in Peace Gary

Gary Coleman has died as the result of injuries he suffered earlier this week, the hospital tells TMZ.
We’ve learned Gary’s wife, Shannon, made the decision to pull life support early this AM.
We’re told Coleman died at 12:05 PM MST.  He died of a intracranial hemorrhage.
Family members and close friends were at Coleman’s side when life support was pulled.
He was 42.
As TMZ first reported, Coleman was rushed to a hospital in Utah after he fell and hurt his head. He was on life support since Thursday.
There will be a press conference at the hospital at 3:00 PM PT.

This is very sad News,  Brittany Murphy passed away less than a year ago

Law enforcement sources say Brittany’s mother, Sharon Murphy, found Monjack unconscious in the master bedroom around 9:30PM, and then called 911.
Monjack was pronounced dead sometime after paramedics arrived … when resuscitation efforts failed.
Monjack reportedly died from cardiac arrest, though nothing officially has been determined.
The similarities are remarkable. Murphy was found unconscious by her mother Sharon. Sharon found Simon unconscious as well. Murphy was found in the master bathroom. Simon was found in the master bedroom of the same home. Paramedics administered CPR to Simon. Simon administered CPR to Brittany. And they may have both died from cardiac arrest … five months apart.

One well-placed source says, “There were a number of pill bottles on the nightstand in the bedroom, and some were empty.”

The catty catwalker is back.

Naomi Campbell’s driver says she slapped and punched him while he was driving her around midtown Manhattan, a law enforcement official said.

The official says the 39-year-old model became enraged with the driver and started to hit him from the back seat. It happened
around 3 p.m. Tuesday.

The official says the driver stopped the car around 58th Street and Second Avenue and called 911. He says Campbell jumped out of the car and ran.

Former NFL star Warren Sapp was arrested by Miami Beach police this afternoon and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

No details about the alleged incident were immediately available.

Sapp is in Miami for the Super Bowl and serves as an analyst for the NFL Network and on Showtime’s “Inside the NFL.”

The NFL Network released a statement saying they were aware of the incident and that Sapp will not appear on the NFL Network until they review the matter.

Sapp is scheduled to co-host an event at BED Miami tonight. They tell us they haven’t heard about the incident and, as of now, everything is still a go.

Conan O’Brien can get a whole lot of money from NBC as a parting gift, but there will be strings attached — not the least of which … Conan cannot trash the network.

Sources tell us NBC wants a liquidated damages clause if Conan says anything disparaging about the network once he leaves. Essentially that means there is a clause in the contract that says Conan will automatically pay a predetermined amount of money if he says bad things about NBC.

And, as we have previously reported, NBC will demand that Conan not take another hosting job for a certain period of time.

Sources say NBC will be paying Conan a hefty sum, but that will be offset by any amount Conan makes for his next hosting gig. So if Conan makes a deal with FOX, NBC can reduce the amount it pays Conan by the amount FOX forks over.

FYI — we’ve learned Conan’s existing contract already has an offset clause in the event he leaves NBC and takes another job.

We’re told NBC has already given Conan’s lawyers a draft of the agreement and his hired guns were going over it Friday night. The deal should be finalized Saturday.

Once the deal gets inked, NBC will announce Conan is leaving the network. The network will also announce what we first reported — that Jay Leno will get the full hour from 11:35 PM to 12:35 AM and it will be called “The Tonight Show” — just like old times.

As we first reported, under the contract Jay had been working under, he was guaranteed the 10 PM hour. By moving him to 11:35, NBC was in breach of his contract and needed to negotiate a new deal. That is now done, sources tell TMZ.

Sin City star Brittany Murphy died today at the age of 32

A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, the Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ.

We’re told Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Murphy starred in such films as “Clueless,” “8 Mile,” and “Don’t Say a Word
Brittany Murphy’s mom discovered her unconscious in the shower. We’re told when paramedics arrived, they quickly determined Murphy was in full cardiac arrest and immediately administered CPR. They continued CPR in route to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center — several miles away — and Murphy was unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.

We’re told the LA County Coroner’s is picking up Murphy’s body from Cedars later today and will launch an investigation.

This is Akin to major taking a two way break from basket ball, (granted my team the Houston rockets one two championships because of that). He is what he said from a statment on his website

Talk about some serious contract extension: I need me one

The Daily Beast’s Gerald Posner has learned exclusively that the beleaguered golfer is negotiating an immediate $5 million payout to his wife—and revising her prenup to give her as much as $55 million more to stay with him two more years.

The initial prenup was worth $20 million after 10 years of marriage. However, the Chicago Sun-Times’ Bill Zwecker has reported that Elin Woods will receive an immediate payment “into an account she alone controls,” and that the 10-year timeframe — which began when they married in 2004 — has been shortened and the value increased “substantially.”

The Daily Beast quotes “a lawyer familiar with the couple’s negotiations” in reporting that the term of the prenup has been shortened to seven years, and that a series of staggered payments could increase the total value to $75 million.

But apparently there’s also a behavioral component to all this: Elin Woods must “be a dutiful wife in showing up with him at social events and in public as if they were still the perfect couple, and sign a nondisclosure form that will prevent her from ever telling her story.”

Seriously marriage is big business. Phew
